Walgrave Baptist Church in Northamptonshire has a small and ageing congregation. We rely on visiting organists from other churches and, following the death last year of one very faithful participant, our 4th Sundays are usually music-less.
That was, until I discovered www.smallchurchmusic.com, run by Revd Clyde McLennan, a retired Baptist minister/organist/computer programmer in Perth, Western Australia. Free MP3 downloads (and absolutely minimal charges for copyright stuff) have meant I can link my laptop to the church PA system. The congregation is rapidly learning to keep up with the organist!
Has anyone else used this site or a similar method of providing worship music? I can certainly recommend it!
